Weekends are the days which are the stress busters for today’s generation. Having been running in their machine life for almost every hour of the first five days of the week, the last two days give them a boost to work for the next week days. I’ve almost decided that this weekend I’ll be out of town and that’s very much final. I just want to enjoy this weekend perfectly.

Being a man of this generation I would like to use weekends at their best. As a part of this, in this weekend I have got some places in the book to visit. As a first step, in the morning, accompanied with the family I would travel to a nearby place named as “Isha yoga center”. It is known for its peace giving nature and its store is popular for the fragrance of naturality. Everything in this place is very different and gives us a best feel of the mother Earth. The air which we breathe is very pure and each and every sip of water we taste here has its own flavor. The highlight of this place is the Dhyanalinga, which according to me is the best way of centering our mind on a particular thing. Sitting before the Dhyanalinga in the meditation posture and closing our eyes in the name of peace would take us to the world of joy. And you can’t deny that.

Having spent half of the first day over there, The next step of the journey would be to the nearby waterfalls named “Kovai Kutralam”. The falls receives its water from The River Kaveri. This water is claimed as “The Second sweetest water in the world.” We would have cool and clean bath from the flowing waters and we would return home taking the joys in the mind and would fall in a deep and sound sleep.

The following day will be a warm up for me to concentrate in the job during the week days. I would go to the club and overcome my stresses by spending time with the club mates. At the noon I will have the taste of my mother made foods and enjoy each spoon of it. In the evening, I with my family would go for a shopping. It’s not a kind of specific material based shopping but it’s a sort of shopping to come out of the routine life.
